About Muzen Museum

From the Big Museum Book (1980):

The founder of the museum, Annet Teunissen van Manen-Zanen, has set herself the goal of creating a space where everyone can be creative, and where the works made can also be exhibited as an encouragement and source of inspiration for others. The materials used are very simple: cans, plastic coffee cups, metal strips from the milk factory and pieces of fabric from Weverij De Ploeg (which is located in Bergeijk). You can draw, paint, sculpt and weave; wall hangings and musical instruments can be made. The social function of the museum is expressed in the joint making of music on self-made instruments and the production of wall hangings and drawings in groups.
